As years passed, our dream grew roots and wings.
We established our first plant in Kota in 1995, followed by another in Badgaon, Bundi in 2013. Our commitment to purity led us to AGMARK certification in 2016, and soon, we launched our proud brand Uttam Shahi Masale in 2017 — followed by Uttam Rajwadi Masale (2018), Uttam Shahi Achar Masale (2019), and our finest creations, Uttam Shahi Hing and Blended Spices (2023–2024).

Every great journey begins with a dream — ours took shape in 1995, in the warm heart of Kota, Rajasthan.
Four brothers from a small village called Mehru (Ajmer district) shared one simple belief: the purest taste of India is born from honest hands and humble beginnings.
In a tiny rented room, with a single small machine and endless determination, we began making Mirchi, Haldi, and Dhania powders — by hand, with heart. The aroma of our spices carried not just flavour, but faith — faith that one day, “Uttam Shahi Masale” would be a name every kitchen trusts.

Today, our brand proudly serves 20+ government institutions, 1000+ retailers, and 50+ distributors, carrying certifications like ISO, AGMARK, and FSSAI, backed by our own in-house lab and modern sorting systems for chilli, turmeric, and coriander.
